Prior to any occasion or event you will meet Dan, to discuss your specific needs and preferences. We will provide a tailored menu for your approval. Modifications can be made up to 5 days in advance.​ Dishes will be immaculately presented and appropriately timed for maximum enjoyment & to leave a lasting impression.

THE FACTS

  • $250-$300 chef fee applies to every occasion or event. This small fee covers bespoke menu design, consultation, kitchen visit prior to event and travel to and from your location within Brisbane Metro area.

  • Bespoke menu's can be tailored to suit needs, preferences and intolerances. 

  • End-to-end means tailored menu design, ingredient sourcing, storing, cooking, serving and cleaning are all included in the total cost.

  • Any preparation of ingredients prior to your event will be completed in our licensed, 5 star hygiene rated kitchen.

  • We purchase all produce ethically and locally, through Food Connect

  • Wait staff are available to serve your guests at an additional $30 per hour. (Necessary for groups larger than 8).

  • Bar and cocktail staff are available for $30-$35/hour dependent on requirements.

  • Bookings on public holidays incur a 10% surcharge, Christmas & NYE incur a 15% surcharge.

  • Vouchers available as gifts.
